Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer (EPDM)

EPDM is a synthetic rubber roofing membrane which can be installed several ways: fully adhered, mechanically attached or ballasted. The seams of the roof are usually sealed with liquid adhesives.

Polyurethane foam offers the lowest thermal conductivity of any commercial roof systems and roofing insulation product. There are no fasteners that cause thermal bridging and SPFA can often be applied over an existing roof, eliminating the need for complete tear-off.

Foam roofing systems are monolithic which creates a seamless blanket of insulation seals cracks and holes while insulating the roof deck from exterior temperature extremes.

Foam roofing is also a self-adhering system which means there is no special adhesives or mechanical fasteners are required. Polyurethane foam offers excellent wind uplift resistance.

We install only 95% solid, 100% solvent-free silicone roof coatings that are available on the market today. By applying our unique silicone coating over your existing damaged (or new) roof, we can eliminate the need for costly roof tear-offs. This seamless, gapless, waterproof system prevents water from infiltrating your roof which stops future roof failures and leaks.

Where Silicone Can Be Applied

We can apply silicone over numerous roof systems including a rusty metal roof, an EPDM roof, and a foam roof. The silicone system fully adheres to the roof substrate which eliminates the common sources of leaks and pooling water beneath roofing materials.
